I'm having trouble completing Passkey (MFA) setup. How can I fix this?

Passkey (MFA) setup issues often stem from device compatibility, configuration errors, or interrupted processes. Below is a structured guide to resolve common problems efficiently.

Verify Device and Browser Compatibility

  • Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements:
    • iOS 16 or later
    • Android 10 or later
    • Chrome 126 or later (recommended for optimal performance)
  • Outdated software or unsupported browsers may block passkey creation. Update your device and browser before retrying.

Configure Device Settings

  • For iOS:
    • Navigate to Settings > General > Autofill & Passwords and enable AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys. Ensure Bluetooth is active during setup if pairing with another device.
  • For Android:
